The guide uses an A-to-Z approach to list drugs and provides information in a uniform manner: generic and trade names for the US and Canada, pregnancy risk, controlled substances schedule, indications and dosage forms and quantities. The book also provides coverage of approved drugs, a table of dialyzable drugs, and a useful appendix of dangerous drug interactions. The book is supported by a website with free drug updates.
