The book details the situation of the country at that time and explains the factors that led to the fall of the Sultanat. It also lists the various socio-economic factors that eventually favoured the rise of the Mughal Empire. In addition it also explains the various cultural improvements in the country during this phase and follows as a sequel to the writer’s previous work. About Satish Chandra Satish Chandra is an acclaimed author and historian.
