If you are back sleeper or belly sleeper, you will love this pillow. But if you side sleeper maybe you will not like for two reasons. No1-it is made up of pure high grade density of memory foam which is soft and pressure sensitive.No2- for side sleepers you need to fill the gap or space of your shoulder so that your neck bone will remain aligned. Since this is 4” thick .for few people it is good and for it is not suitable. They have to use two pillows for side sleeping.
