The book is written for the student of Electronics andCommunication Engineering with an aim to provide the basic concepts in simplemanner. The book Microwave Engineering starts from introduction tomicrowaves followed by quick review of Maxwell's equations, transmission lines andwaveguides to adequately familiarize the students withthe every basis of propagation of electromagnetics. The text then highlightmicrowave components, high frequency effects and scaling, klystrons andmagnetron,in a simple and lucid manner with number of solved problems. The book coversmicrowave measurements and antennas, and radar systems, propagation ofmicrowaves, and semiconductor microwave devices are discussed at the end of the book.
