This book reveals to us that capabilities and talent are not the only parameters for success, and gives us the reason for this conclusion. Merit and capacity will not help a person in gaining self-confidence, nor does it result in achievements. If we try, we can help children get inspired and guide them in improving their results. Read this book to lay the foundation for great success in any field of your choice. About Carol Dweck Carol Dweck is the Lewis and Virginia Eaton Professor of Psychology at Stanford University. She earned a PhD from Yale University in 1972. She has taught at Columbia University, Harvard University, and the University of Illinois. She graduated from Barnard College in 1967.
