Sheldon was born Chicago, Illinois, USA. After graduating from Denver East High School, he attended Northwestern University and contributed short plays to drama groups. After World War II, he moved to New York City, where he began writing musicals for the Broadway stage. At the same time, he continued to write screenplays for both MGM Studios and Paramount Pictures. Sheldon died in 2007 owing to complications from pneumonia in California. Born in 1973, Tilly Bagshawe is a British freelance journalist and author. Some of her novels include Flawless, Fame, and Temptation. She obtained her education at Woldingham School, Surrey. At the age of eighteen, she went to St. John's College, Cambridge. She is a regular contributor to The Sunday Times, Daily Mail, and other major British publications.
