The main purpose of greenhouses is to provide favorable growing conditions and to protect crops from unfavorable weather and various pests. In simple words, hydroponic is a technique of growing plants without soil. It is a subcategory of hydroculture, which uses mineral nutrients solution to grow plants like peas, artichokes, cucumber, onions, radishes, leeks, etc. ... Hydroponics helps to increase crop production even in areas where the soil is sterile. Postharvest loss can be defined as the degradation in both quantity and quality of a food production from harvest to consumption. Quality losses include those that affect the nutrient/caloric composition, the acceptability, and the edibility of a given product.
