Fill a shallow container with pre-moistened potting soil. Sprinkle a small number of watercress seeds across the top of the potting mix and cover them sparingly with a shallow layer of potting soil. Place container in an area where the ambient temperature is between 50 and 60 °F. Keep the soil moist at all times.
