Muhammad (peace be upon him) whose every act of life, down to very small details, is imitated even in our times by not a few but millions of people all over the world from North America to the remote Moro islands, is by any measure a fascinating character. He was a complete man- in the fullest sense of the word who had his personality developed to such excellences as to render it in appreciative to those who are not themselves as well developed all around. Certain shades of his life, therefore, will always remain enigmatic to those who attempt to understand him. Nevertheless, no effort to understand will be found unrewarding.Though by no means comprehensive, the author has in this short work tried to present an overall view of his life and person, without neglect of an important aspect of his life.
