'Musings Of My Heart' is a beautiful first anthology by Kashmira Goghavalla, a sensitive and deeply introspective poet, expressing her earnest reflections on the transient nature of materialistic pleasures, the limitations and challenges of worldly life as well as the heart’s longing for the Vast, the Infinite, the Eternal. Her deep inner explorations are mirrored in these poems which trace her spiritual journey from her early struggle with her personal conflicts and social conditioning, to a longing for Nature and deep self inquiry. As the young seeker ponders over negative emotions such as fear, anger, envy and a sense of emptiness, her poems capture her disenchantment with mundane life and her yearning to evolve a wholesome approach to right living.
