This is a USB-C to USB 3.0, RJ45, HDMI and Type-C data or PD charging port hub. The USB3.0 port allows you to connect a USB device or another hub to the host computer; the USB-C female port supports both PD Charging and data; the RJ45 port allows the host PC to get access to Ethernet; and the HDMI port (DP ALT mode) allows you to connect an HDMI monitor so that you can watch videos or slideshows on a big screen.
