1. Piano does not work -- Advise you install 3 AA batteries or connect to DCSV cable and turn on the power button. 2. Piano material? -- Kids piano is ABS environmental material, smooth edge design to protect kids hands. 3.Damaged package --For better protect pianos, we have add Kraft paper box, and please remove it if it be a gift. 4.Speaker doesn't work --This piano is only working with a single speaker. 5. Missing accessories --Please take a picture and inform us, and we'll solve the problem at first time. 6.No manual --Our kids keyboard package does not contain manual, if you meet problems and don't know how to operate, let us know .
