Dried fresh water (Ashtamudi Lake, Kerala) shell fishes from My Village are very tasty and nutritious. Medium-large sized Shrimps (with shell) are dried in electrical dryers without salt in minimum moisture content for better shelf life. Fry them or add them to your vegetable curries for a taste like no other!
