The world famous award winning photographers who roam the world armed with a camera to capture stunning moments, have given us a visual feast to the eyes. One such award-winning photographer Annie Griffiths has compiled some of her best images into a book, with the collection being classified by the colors, the composition, the light, the moment, motion, the palette and the wonder. These are the different aspects that can define a photograph, and the author has done justice to each of it by her excellent grouping of the photographs. The author has brilliantly highlighted the themes by quoting appropriate verses to illuminate the concept and the book is truly a labour of love. Annie Griffiths is a pioneer in photography, who was one of the few female photographers to be employed by National Geographic initially. She has traveled to more than a hundred countries in her quest of capturing the perfect moment and is also the founder of the Ripple Effect, which aims to monitor the coping mechanisms of poor women with adverse effects brought about by climate change. She has also written books like A Camera, Two Kids and a Camel: My Journey In Photographs, apart from having her photos published in the National geographic, the TIME magazine and Last Stand: America's Virgin Lands. .
