Soap Base is raw material for hand made soap. Soap Base made of natural plant oil and glycerin, mild formulation suitable for Adult and Children.Method: Soap Base is Chopped by clean sanitation & directly put small pot over low heat melting or melt soap using a microware vessels to your suitable for die hand soap,Cut Up after heated to melt (avaible microwave ovens, induction cokker,gas,ect.)add nutrients(plant baseoil,essectial oil,milk,milk soybean,honey,chinese medicine extract ,vitamin E,ect.),like the color and frangrance can aslo add the essence and pigmet to add color and fagrance. After mixing,pour into the mold,cool and solidify,and remove the mold .Use the plastic wrap and keep it for 3 Hrs . your Natural Bath soap is ready to use .STEP 1) Melt the soap base in the microwave. Place the soap chunks into a microwave-safe dish. Heat the chunks at 30-second intervals, stirring between each one, until they are melted. The melted base should be smooth and liquid-y, with no lumps or chunks.If you don't have a microwave, you can directly melt on gas with Aluminum Container . STEP 2..Once the soap has melted,Adding dyes and fragrances to too-hot soap can affect the final color/fragrances. STEP 3: Pour the soap into your desired soap making molds. You can get them in either plastic or silicone. If you can't find any, you can use silicone baking, chocolate, or cupcake molds instead. STEP 4. Allow the soap base to cool for 2 to 3 hours. Do not get impatient and put it into a fridge or freezer. STEP 5.Release the soap from the mold. Gently pull the edges of the mold away from the soap, then turn the mold upside-down, and pop the soap out. If the soap gets stuck in the mold,melt and pour soap is ready to use.
