New Leaves of The Pipal Tree creates new narratives and mythic fiction of our gods and goddesses, as it explores various aspects of the human condition and its search for Truth. It moves away from the abstract contemplation of the Upanishads and the neti neti discourse of Advaita and embraces the emotionally robust iti iti engagement of Dvaita. Krishna and Shiva, Radha and Parvati come alive as they interact with the world of humans, to create heart throbbing stories where we discover ourselves and find resonances of our mind in these stories. It is as if the wind blows through the leaves of the Pipal Tree and whispers various colours of Truth, and then when a Pipal leaf falls into our lap, we feel blessed.
