It is procured from one of the World’s best BIOSPHERE region "THE WESTERN GHATS" This natural & unprocessed honey is far from civilization thus free of adulteration & pollution. It is well known fact that Wild Forest honey collected from these natural sources (such as western ghats) is full of medicinal properties, and is a key ingredient in Ayurveda. This honey is Unpasteurized, so that natural properties of vitamins, minerals and all the medicine values are retained. It is not artificially heat treated to reduce the moisture, instead it is sundried to reduce the moisture in a natural way. Collected from the dense forest of western ghats this honey is free from any kind of pesticides and antibiotics. Smell, taste and texture varies according to the seasonal flora of that particular area where the nectar is collected from and hence would be slightly different with each season.
