To all the persons (students and teachers) using this book.It is with great pleasure I write this to introduce Dr MythriSharan and her book ”Obstetrics and Gynaecology – DNB Topicwise Question Bank”. The only justification for this invite towrite a foreword to this excellent book is I have known DrMythri Sharan as a postgraduate student in our institutionpursuing a Secondary DNB (Obstetrics and Gynaecology)degree. She had finished her DGO from Manipal University,securing the highest marks, and was awarded the Dr K SSubbalaxmi Memorial Award. She also cleared her DNB coursewith flying colours.Appearing and passing exams is indeed a difficult task forpostgraduate students. There are many tools for studying,and a comprehensive question bank is one of them. Dr MythriSharan was a very intelligent and hardworking student. Shealso helped her peers and juniors by teaching and guidingthem. Though there were many question papers of theprevious years she realized the absence of a topic-wisequestion bank and decided to compile one.
