Hot and spicy broasted chicken ingredients required: Chicken 1 kg (6 large portions,washed&drained),Cooking Oil 3 Cup(for deep frying),Okhli Musal Brand Broast MasalaSteps Of Cooking: 1. Add half cup of water to the chicken portions,cover and boil/steam on low heat for 5-10 minutes.2. Remove from heat and drain and sprinkle Okhli Musal Brand Broast Masala evenly over the chicken pieces.3. Take flour in a bowl and set aside.4. Take egg, salt, water in a bowl and whisk well.5. Now take chicken, coat in flour, then dip in egg and then coat in flour. Pack it well.6. Set aside in a plate to dry for 5-10 mins.7.
