Kuber diya placed on a tortoise for Vastu shanti. This is a very unusual Diya as it has been placed upon a kurma or tortoise pedestal. The tortoise is the symbol of the prana, cosmic breath, which is the support of the universe. The kurma or tortoise breathes in, and moves freely between, the spheres of earth (financial aspects) and water (emotions) representing their harmonious integration, upon which the Kubera lamp stands. Design: Made of thick brass with long lasting finish. The center part of this diya is like Kubera’s stomach (big and broad), sitting on a tortoise. Brass is well known for its grasping capacity. It grasps the divine spirit up to 30%, when compared to other metals. The spiritual vibrations are attracted towards these shining idols easily.
