The 7,400-word poem De Rerum tura, which is broken up into six untitled books, examines Epicurean physics using a wealth of poetic language and alogies. Lucretius describes several celestial and terrestrial phenome as well as the atomism theory, the ture of the mind and soul, explations of sensation and thinking, the development of the world and its manifestations.
