Summary of the Book When Dr. Morley committed suicide, everyone was shocked. He didn’t have any personal or professional problems. Why would he kill himself? However, a dead man wasn’t going to give anyone answers. The matter should have ended there, if not for the fact that Dr. Morley had scheduled an appointment with a little Belgian detective who was rather proud of his moustache. Hercule Poirot is not convinced that Dr. Morley killed himself, neither is he convinced that this is the first murder that the killer has committed.
