About Eiichiro Oda Eiichiro Oda is a Japanese Mangaka best known as the creator of the One Piece manga series. Besides this series, Oda has also worked on Wanted!, God's Present for the Future, Monsters, Romance Dawn and Taste of the Devil Fruit. One Piece has since been adapted into an award-winning anime series, several direct-to-video movies, and one animated movie which was released in theatres across Japan and the United States.
