He has complete faith in the new one, but he discovers that this faith is misdirected. The Omnitrix transforms him and Rook Blonco, his new partner, into aliens. About Cartoon Network Cartoon Network is television channel owned by the Turner Broadcasting System division of Time Warner. The channel airs mainly animated shows, catering to a young audience.
