While walking to the shops with her cat Igor, twelve-year-old Elsa spots a small hole in the ground. When a young boy gets his finger stuck in the hole, it sets off a chain of events that involves a host of colourful characters. As they begin to disappear down the hole, Elsa is left to warn the public of the danger.
