A case study has been conducted to prove the efficacy of Six Sigma approach, as far as poor Cpk index is in question. This work represents a successful case study which will ultimately motivate the practitioners & quality engineers to inculcate Six Sigma in their respective job-floors, for reaping the associated financial and non financial benefits. This study will be further helpful for researchers, academicians and industrialists (especially in developing countries) to bring overall process excellence among various sectors of supply chain beside their existing constraints in today’s cut throat market environments.
