PERFECT TECH MH-200 Machinist Hammer is designed for blacksmiths, metal workers, welders, tradesmen, and serious DIYers engaged in light-medium duty tasks such as metal fabrication, chiseling, rounding edges of metal pins, blacksmithing, stone & masonry work, home improvement, and general repairs. The hammer features a square beveled face and angular cross pein, whereas, the wedged shape ends offer better leverage for forging and riveting. It consists of an epoxy-fitted, ergonomic anti-slip, anti-shock Double Colour Wooden handle which provides better control and eliminates hand fatigue on the job. The wood handle is fitted by striking the protruding wedge in the shaft and then filled with glue to make it firmer and safer. Machinist Hammer with Handle is made from carbon steel.It comes with a wooden handle for a steady grip. The head is partially hardened up on striking surfaces.It comes with Phosphate and paint coating to give it anti-rusting properties. Also handle is made from Axle / Hickory wood and fixed firmly to the hammerhead, which does not come out even after long rough use.
