This study attempts to understand how social norms develop amongst different personality and gender groups. Employing Sherif's autokinesis and Asch's perceptual tasks, along with two tests—anagrams and serial positioning effect, it investigates whether introverts or extraverts and males or females learn social norms faster as based on observational contentions of Eysenck.
