This book deals with syllabi prescribed by Indian universities and Institutes of management on B.B.A. and M.B.A. levels in personnel management and administration. While matter has been drawn from authentic and standard works of Indian and Western scholars, it has been narrated in a lucid manner, free from technical jargon.
