Pet Sematary is a novel by international bestseller, Stephen King. The story revolves around the Creed family and everything that happens around them when they move into their new home in Maine. Summary of the Book When Dr. Louis Creed first saw his new home, he was sure that this would be a nice and safe place for his family to settle. This little place in Maine was a better place for his children than polluted Chicago. A while after settling in, they start to realize that a lot of things in their life are going wrong and all of it starts after they discover the Pet Sematary. This is a story that will leave you with a very strong thought about death and how we fear and deal with it. Readers will be able to sympathize with the characters and relate to what they feel.  About Stephen King Stephen King is an American horror-fiction writer. His books Carrie, Cujo and the Dark Tower Series have rocketed him to fame and fortune. He has also written under the pseudonym of Richard Bachman. King graduated from the University of Maine, where he met and married his wife Tabitha King. He lives in Bangor, Maine. The Shining was made into a hit movie which launched Jack Nicholson's career.
