She has 20 years experience of teaching at degree and diploma levels in various institutes of pharmacy and in addition also has experience in pharmaceutical industry. Ms Parle is recipient of IDMA Gold Medal and has worked as JRF under UGC. She has presented research papers delivered talks at conferences and participated in quality improvement programs. She has also published research papers in reputed Indian journals.
