The book contains nine chapters and all of these go on to examine different facets of technology. In each of these sections, there are subdivisions with time frames of near future, mid century and far future ending in 2100. For the lay reader, Kaku’s sophisticated scientific jargon might be a little overwhelming but the parentheses of each of his explorations and investigations are primarily very close to every human being, scientific or otherwise. He makes sure that every theory is embellished upon with expert commentary on that decided topic and he makes analogies drawn from the logical dimension of deductive reasoning and science. Science is foremost in this novel book, where the future of mankind is so completely immersed by the development and use of the same. Science isn’t just a garb to shroud readers with; this book examines those deep rooted questions of immortality and the universe that everyone wants to find the answers to. It is a book for anybody interested with robotics or science, and combines enough science fiction staple allure for the rest of the readership out there. A relevant book coming from an author who wants to do the same with this novel as Jules Verne did in the 1800s in his books about the 20th century.  About Michio Kaku Michio Kaku is a theoretical physicist but also an author and popularizer of science as a commentator and communicator, and also through his novels. His other popular books include Hyperspace and Physics Of The Impossible. He has also written several other papers on string theory, M-theory, Hadronic and other topics intimate to the paradigm of theoretical physics. His popularity stems from his ability to make accessible to people bereft of scientific knowledge about technology, its futurist implications, the wherewithal etc. He is an American Physicist born to second generation Japanese immigrant parents. He was a child prodigy and went on to graduate first in his physics class at Harvard University.  He currently holds a Professorship in theoretical physics in City College of New York and is intimate with the media as a communicator for science in several tv shows and even film. He also hosts a weekly radio program.
