This volume reveals the melody in plants and flowers in Tagore's song compositions and shows his knowledge in plant science. About the Author Debi Prasad Mukhopadhyay obtained his Ph.D. (Agriculture) in Horticulture from Calcutta University. He worked at the Indian Botanic Garden, Botanical Survey of India as Assistant Curator, and then served the institution in various capacities until his retirement as Deputy Director in 1994.
