PNB Kitchenmate’s Triply saucepan is made up of three different layers. Each layer has its own use and plays an important role in the whole cooking process. Triply means three layers of metal bonded together through manufacturing processes. The three layers make the saucepan tough, durable and long lasting. The three different layers are 18/10 Stainless steel (Inner layer), Pure Aluminum (Middle layer) and Magnetic Stainless Steel (Outer layer). The 18/10 stainless steel layer is stain and stick-resistant which also provides even surface for cooking. This layer is designed for longevity. The metal aluminum layer is an encapsulated layer which is distributed evenly and from edge to edge in the saucepan. The outermost magnetic stainless steel layer makes the saucepan induction compatible and gas compatible. This layer helps in even distribution of heat to the inner layers of the saucepan.
