Poison and Antidote is an empathetic collection of poetry which has two main themes: Poison which describes guilt, self-doubt, insecurity, betrayal and other dark realities of life and Antidote which explores self-reflection, acceptance, self-love, healing and growth. The poems relate to the reader and help validate their feelings during tough times.
