This book includes my research work related to electrode kinetics and polarographic reduction of some selected metals and ligands. This book contains the polarographic study of ternary complexes of manganese & zinc with some antibiotics viz. neomycin, tetracycline, chloretetracycline, oxytetracycline, penicillin-V & Penicillin-G as primary ligands and paracetamol, phenacetin & aspirin as secondary ligands in view to determine thermodynamics parameters like free energy change, enthalpy change & entropy change and kinetic parameter stability constants etc. which are compiled in six chapters namely Chapter 1: Introduction Chapter 2: Biological Importance and significance Chapter 3: Theories of complex formation Chapter 4: Polarographic technique Chapter 5: Experimental Process Chapter 6: Result and discussion.
