WPC & PVC foam board are being widely used in offices & homes. These look a lot better than the natural wood or plywood & are strong- termite resistant, that’s why these are much in demand. Fast acting is considered the best WPC glue. Some other adhesives like epoxy & water-based adhesives are also used, but desired results are not attained. When they use epoxy glue, they have to mix different components which is time consuming, incurs heavy cost & a lot of wastage is also observed. Water based adhesive do not work well on WPC as the water does not get absorbed by the surface & restricts the bonding. Synthetic rubber adhesives also fail on them as they are not heat resistant. Nails & screws are not ideal as they come off easily. Polyfix WPC adhesive does not need any mixing; it is heat resistant & gives absolute stunning pasting in much lesser time.
