In essence, the book strives to show how any interaction can be relegated down to a yes or a no, thus greatly simplifying the interaction and bringing it down to the basics. According to the author, Dr. Hawkins, the method is scientific, and it uses various concepts of particle physics, chaos theory, and other elemental phenomena, and linking it to human behaviour leads to the final outcome. Dr. David R. Hawkins is an American author, renowned psychiatrist, physician, researcher, lecturer, and spiritual teacher. He graduated from Marquette University with a B.S. degree in Pre – Med. He further received his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Often touted as a ‘healing psychiatrist,’ his career has been long and has seen many milestones. He has lectured at many renowned places, such as the Westminster Abbey, Harvard University, Oxford Forum, and University of California (SF) Medical School.
