At the end of each practical practice we have supplied a working sheet for students to note the understanding, outcome of the practical with the objective for better way of explanation in performing each practical practice. There are two main purposes in this manual. First, it facilitate the learning process of acquisition, retention and recall of routine practical practice of clinical laboratory, which is greatly helped the facts and concepts of a particular objective. Secondly, many objectives are closely related to the practical topics and the importance of these practices in diagnosis and treatment.
