About Narayan Dutt Shrimali Narayan Dutt Shrimali, born in 1933, was an Indian astrologer and academician. He has authored more than three hundred books, some of which are Practical Hypnotism, Tantrik Siddhiyan, and Mantra Rahasya. Shrimali was an expert on the subjects of astrology, mantra, tantra, and all ancient Indian sciences. He became a sanyasi, and went off to the HImalayas, where he met Guru Paramhans Swami Sacchidanand. The Guru taught him about astrology, and told Shrimali to return to civilization and spread his knowledge. The author was honoured with the title of Maha Mahopadhyay in 1982, the title of Tantra Shiromani in 1987, and the title of Samaj Shiromani in 1989. He was the President of the Indian Astrological Study and Research Centre in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Shrimali passed away in 1998.
