I feel immense pleasure to write foreword for this book entitled “A Practical Textbook of Kriya Sharir” written by well known erudite Assistant Professor of Kriya Sharir field, Dr. Shashank Nautiyal and contributed by knowledgable personality of Kriya Sharir. This Textbook will be very useful for undergraduate and post graduate Kriya Sharir degree medical students. The author has designed this book as per the present scenario of practical Work in Laboratory. This textbook having the weightage on mainly clinical Physiology and Kriya Sharir Dosha- Dhatu, Sarata, Prakriti Assessment etc. prospective according to Ayurvedic and Modern Laboratory Praticals. Author has also made concise description about All the pratical Assessments in this Textbook. Knowlegde is pilling of facts but wisdom lies in its simplification and is applied more appropriately for this book.
