Oil is our main energy source in our earth. Hence, we have responsibilities to avoid excess to use oil because many different kinds oil sub-energy products, such as, electricity, gas etc. They can be refined to manufacture by oil source. To avoid energy crisis that we need to consider ourselves, such as energy consumers how to use oil behavior in order to avoid using excess oil to bring oil shortage occurrence as well as oil manufacturers need to consider extract excess oil from lands or oceans. However, in my this book, 　I focus on discuss whether what aspects of problems will occur in possible when we are still still excess using oil resources or oil manufacturers are still excess extracting in our earth.　Ｉhope that my readers can understand why and how we need to avoid to waste oil energy product in our daily lives. In this book final part, I shall attempt to explain how and why oil shortage or excess factor can influence oil energy user behavior. This book is suitable to any readers have interest to research oil energy excess or shortage suitation how influence global energy user behavior.
