We worship this land of India as our Mother, when our mother was imprisoned in the chains of slavery, then some brave sons of the country wore their mother's choli of freedom, only then this day of independence is celebrated by us. On the land of Aryavart, it is not just a day, but the festival of the whole of India, which every Indian celebrates with full devotion and joy without discrimination. After 90 years, on 15 August 1947, when India became a democratic independent nation, the whole of India has been celebrating this holy festival in its own way, by waving the tricolor, by showing its enthusiasm in national programs adorned with songs of patriotism. Inspired by people we poets got a thought of celebrating this Independence Day in our own way, so by taking some steps ahead in this path, some poets from different provinces of India have presented their feelings in this compendious collection. We hope that readers will appreciate this little effort of ours so that we can also give our tribute to our nation.
