He successfully completed the employment contract under Unite Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for two years as Associate Professor in Ethiopian Civil Service University, Ethiopia .During this tenure a lot of research work was done in various social issues. He secured his Bachelor's, Master's (Post Graduation) and Doctoral degrees in social work from Andhra University and awarded first rank with gold medal at post graduation studies. His area of specialization is community development. He secured International certificate in community development and Adult education at Nijmegen University, Netherlands.
