Nowadays, global travel entertainment/leisure needs increase rapidly. Different countries people like to go to strange countries to travel. Exciting and enjoying travelling feeling is needed to satisfy to travellers. Hence, global airline industry service must be needed to improve to satisfy future global travellers' needs when they catch air planes to go to any countries to travel.It brings this question: How to improve global airline services in order to satisfy travellers' comfortable and enjoyable catching air planes feeling in order to attract them to catch any airlines' air planes to go to any countries to travel often. I shall indicate some methods to attempt to explain whether what factors can influence airlines service performance or service level to be raised either better or worse.
