Thera Band Resistive Exercise Bands much less than other exercise equipment with claims of achieving similar results, plus they are portable and versatile with virtually unlimited uses. This kit comprises of 5 Theraband Latex Less Bands starting with the lower Resistance Yellow Band, followed by Red, Green, Blue and then the Black (Highest). The kit comes packaged in a box. Each band is 5 Feet in Length and 4 Inches wide and cut from bulk rolls.
