Baron is an author and professor. Baron has authored and co-authored many books. He has also written various articles for psychology journals. He graduated from the City University of New York and then went on to do his PhD from the University of Iowa, which he completed in 1968. He is currently a Professor of Management and holds the Spears Chair of Entrepreneurship at the School of Business, Oklahoma State University. The author is renowned for his work in social psychology, which includes research on aggression and environmental factors, more importantly, on workplace aggression and entrepreneurship.
