With the increasing recognition of Public Administration as a separate discipline for study, more and more universities have been introducing full- fledged course in Public Administration at the post-graduate level. Some universities have even introduced a separate paper on Public Administration as an optional subject at the under-graduate level. There is, thus a growing demand for adequate literature on the subject.
