This book is a collection of more than 50 stories by the author Intezar Hussain. Name of some of them are framosh, baadal, deewar, dusra gunah, lamba qissa, ajnabi parinde, platform, Subh ke khushnasib etc. In story baadal a child asks the same question to everyone where the clouds have gone? And at night he sees the clouds thundering and thinks it will rain but it doesn't rain and he gets upset and asks the same question, will the clouds come or it will rain? In story subh ke khushnaseeb there is a train in the middle of forest. Everyone thinks that the train will run but the train does not run. The train whistles but still does not move. The child asks his mother when the train will run. Mother says just a little while but the train does not run. What happened? Why did the train stopped in the forest?
