Teachers in bed side clinics impart the methodology of clinical examination and ability to develop diagnostic skill. The knowledge stored in such a way is enormous. However, precise, concise expression is necessary to master the art of clinical presentation. The thought process should be chronological, rational, relevant and sticking to clinical presentations in order of common occurrence. A good clinical presentation is an art of lucid storytelling.
